Clam Chowder

2 - 6 1/2 oz can clams
1 Cup finely chopped onions
1 Cups finely chopped potatoes
1 cup finely diced celery


  • Put vegy's in pot
  • Pour juice from clams over Vegys
  • Add enough water to barely cover vegy's 
  • Simmer over medium Heat 20 min
White Sauce
  • 3/4 Cup Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Qt Half and Half
Mix together add 1/2 tsp. Sugar Fold into vegy's
