1 Cup finely chopped onions
1 Cups finely chopped potatoes
1 cup finely diced celery
- Put vegy's in pot
- Pour juice from clams over Vegys
- Add enough water to barely cover vegy's
- Simmer over medium Heat 20 min
White Sauce
- 3/4 Cup Flour
- 3/4 Cup Butter
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 Qt Half and Half
Mix together add 1/2 tsp. Sugar Fold into vegy's
